Unfortunately as a small business on the uprise we are not able to accept any returns. We can only accept exchanges. 

We will accept the request to exchange hoodies if the wrong size was purchased. You must still have the original receipt. Also the hoodie must still be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached. When exchanging you can only exchange for a hoodie of equal price. 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental US. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Yes, you can track your order by logging into your account and checking your order status. Or using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
